fresh Mazafati dates are Medium size, softy dark brown to black color with a fine texture. Moreover, Mazafati dates taste is very delicious. The moisture of this variety of dates is 20%. In addition, the annual production of this date is more than 100,000 tons. The harvest time is in the middle of August.it is fleshy, very soft and so delicate its moisture content(15-35%)depends on the harvesting time and the place where the date grows.this date has a huge annual yield and makes up a large part of the Iranian market.
